twohomestogether.com was registered recently and its mailboxes are still being set up, so all four topics below currently go to one personal address. It is read by the person who built the app and the printables, so you will not be passed around.

Each button pre-fills a subject line — leaving it in place genuinely helps sort things. Support for the iOS app is also available through its existing support page.

We cannot give legal or medical advice

We can help with a file, a feature or a subscription. We cannot advise on custody arrangements, parenting plans, tax, or a child’s health. Those need a professional who knows your situation.

Problems with a printable

Tell us the product name, which file you opened, and what happened. Most issues turn out to be a PDF reader that does not support form fields — Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and handles all of ours.

Problems with the app

Include your device and iOS version, and whether you are the parent who generated the invite code or the one who entered it. It narrows things down quickly.
