About this resource
What it is
The calm-down toolbox page is the one families come back to most, so it is being expanded into a deck of its own: a card per strategy, grouped by how much energy a child has to spare, with a simple way to record which ones actually worked for them.
It is in design, not in production. The twelve-tool version available today is included in My Feelings, My Two Homes.
