An organizational tool. These templates help you plan and record. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing here replaces a court order, parenting plan, mediation or advice from a family-law attorney. If you have a court order, follow it.
Digital download. Nothing is shipped. Files are delivered digitally. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printers.
Personal, family use. Print as often as you like for your own household or households. Not for resale, redistribution, or use in classroom or clinical products.
About this resource
What it is
Thanksgiving, winter break, birthdays, spring break, summer — holidays are where co-parenting plans get tested. This planner gives you a master list for odd and even years, a worksheet for each big holiday and break, a travel checklist, an exchange checklist, and an Excel calendar that dates every holiday automatically and prints a color-tinted year overview.
The pages never suggest one arrangement is correct. They set out the common approaches — alternate, fixed, split, shared — and leave the deciding to your family or your parenting plan.
Why it helps
- Settle the hard dates months ahead, when nobody is stressed.
- Give both homes the same holiday list so children know the plan early.
- Keep travel details and handoff logistics in one checklist instead of in a text thread.
