About this resource
What it is
“Did you pack your…?” Thirteen pages of checklists built for moving between two homes: a picture list a pre-reader can use alone, word lists for elementary and teenage kids, and situation-specific lists for school days, weekends, vacations and sports.
There are also caregiver pages for the things that matter most — medication, school items, and the comfort object that absolutely has to travel. The lists are about things, never about which home does it better.
Why it helps
- Fewer forgotten shoes, chargers and comfort toys — and fewer tears about them.
- A pre-reader can pack their own bag, which turns switch day into something they do rather than something done to them.
- Every list carries “Going to: ■ A / ● B”, so it works printed in black and white.
