An organizational tool. These templates help you plan and record. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing here replaces a court order, parenting plan, mediation or advice from a family-law attorney. If you have a court order, follow it.

Digital download. Nothing is shipped. Files are delivered digitally. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printers.

Personal, family use. Print as often as you like for your own household or households. Not for resale, redistribution, or use in classroom or clinical products.

About this resource

What it is

“When do I see Dad again?” is easier to answer with a calendar on the wall than with a date. This kit lets your child see which home they will be in, when they switch, and what is coming up — and because they color it in and place the stickers, it becomes theirs.

Nothing is pre-filled and no family structure is assumed. You choose a name and color for each home together on the “My Two Homes Key” page, then fill in the week from your own parenting plan.

Why it helps

  • Replaces “how many more sleeps?” with something a child can point at.
  • Clear sleepover (moon) and switch-day (arrow) markers mean fewer surprises on the day.
  • Homes are marked by color and shape, so it still reads printed in black and white.
